I've been talking with and seeing an a few aquarius girls lately. They seem to be quite intelligent. Not naive people. Mysterious too. One thing that bothers me is the long periods of non-communication. They can be very private people. Definitely independant. My question is when or at what point in their life do they decide to settle down with someone.

you do realize that being born in a certain month means absolutely NOTHING about who you are. personalities are all in nature and nurture not birthdates!!
I am an aquarius woman, but you can't go by what someone's horoscope is to determine how soon they will want to settle down. That is just plain silly. People are individuals and everyone is different. When I was still in highschool i said that I wouldn't get married until I was 25 (even though all my friends were betting I would be the first to get married). I got married in July and turned 25 in January...but that doesn' mean that ALL Aquarius woman choose to wait until this age to get married.
